new person process

- new person has a host (one of us)
- that person has to impress upon the new person how important it is to contribute and is responsible for that person
- the new person needs to email the list to introduce themself
- then the process is the same as last year: they need to come and contribute and actually be part of the camp
- all new people should be friends with a returning person (i.e. no friends of friends)
- what size camp do we want? ~35
- when we get closer to our limit we can revisit this plan.
- don't invite more than 2-3 friends initially, until we have a better sense of our size. (and don't feel the need to invite people.)
